We don’t work with everyone. Our first step is to figure out if you’re a good fit - and if we can help you. We won’t try to fill a role that can’t be filled, or work with companies whose values don’t match ours.
Now it’s time to work out what type of role you need. Our people spend loads of time with your team, figuring out what makes you tick, what type of people you might need, and even what type of roles you need to hire for! It’s not uncommon for us to completely re-scope a JD at this stage.
Now we take the role to market. This is more than advertising the role and waiting for the phone to ring. We know the perfect-fit people, who aren’t actively looking for a new job right now. We tap them on the shoulder and connect them with you.
We put the “short” in shortlist. Maybe 3-5 people. But you’ll want to hire them all! From here, it’s a matter of talking to candidates, finding the perfect fit, and sorting an offer. We handle all that with the speed and professionalism you’d expect from any recruiter.
Here’s some things we do:
Show up in tech communities, answer questions and help people with their careers. Slack groups, meetups and more.
Work deeply with our clients to scope out roles before we take a JD to market.
Fill roles! Once we get a JD, we do not stop until it’s filled. And we’re in your Slack channels, on the phone and in meetings with clients every step of the way.
Here’s some things we don’t do:
Unlike other agencies. We don’t send CVs covered in our own branding. Because we want you to see how a candidate presents themselves.
We don’t have busy work KPIs like number of phone calls and meetings. Our people are measured on results.
We don’t call you at the end of the month with a candidate who doesn’t fit the role, just to meet sales targets.
