About the Role As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for optimizing and supporting the ServiceNow platform. Your technical expertise will directly impact the organization’s operational efficiency. This role involves working closely with internal teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure smooth platform performance through troubleshooting and maintenance.

Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with successful implementations
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations (RESTful/SOAP)
  • Expertise in ITIL processes and their integration with ServiceNow
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist) are a plus
  • Cross-module exposure (e.g., ITSM, CSM, FSM) is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
