You'll be working for an extremely well-regarded employer in a fixed term role for 12 months initially; you'll be stationed within a squad of experienced professionals as you support with projects across a wide variety of deliverables.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
- Demonstrate a customer-focused approach and the ability to effectively share your technical knowledge.
- Contribute to problem management and planning activities.
Preferred experience: - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- ITSM experience.
