Embark on an exciting journey with our client as a ServiceNow Developer!

You'll be working for an extremely well-regarded employer in a fixed term role for 12 months initially; you'll be stationed within a squad of experienced professionals as you support with projects across a wide variety of deliverables.

This role is a keystone position as the organisation is transforming their technology capabilities, working towards insourcing and building internal capabilities. 
 
Key Highlights:
  • Develop and optimise ServiceNow solutions to align with the department's goals and enhance overall business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Stay at the forefront of ServiceNow best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Expected responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to the department's needs.
  • Customise ServiceNow modules and applications to enhance functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
  • Demonstrate a customer-focused approach and the ability to effectively share your technical knowledge.
  • Contribute to problem management and planning activities.
Preferred experience:
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • ITSM experience.
