Purpose:

This varied role will see you using your existing UX and UI skills to design and
deliver solutions that drive and evolve the usability and desirability of our client's product. You will collaborate with the UX research capability.

You’ll be a natural leader with excellent communication skills and the drive
to build and lead the product design capability across the company.

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality UX and UI design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes to illustrate how the product will function and what it will look like.
• Design industry-leading user experiences that increase product adoption, retention, and growth.
• Plan and conduct user research, user interviews, usability testing and competitor analysis.
• Test, identify and troubleshoot UX problems, adjusting and iterating based on feedback and insights gained.
• Design pixel-perfect user interfaces that follow and contribute to the UI design language.
• Define, maintain and update UI/UX best practices, frameworks, design systems, and strategies to be utilised across the product.
• Gather, evaluate, and define requirements and acceptance criteria for user stories with product managers and software engineers. Work closely with developers as part of our agile delivery team.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to produce seamless, robust, and innovative user experiences.
• Proactively contribute to and meet key team and business metrics.
• Proactively develop and maintain a strong understanding of the go-to-market and product offering to enhance your personal design capability, team contribution and provide greater value to our customers.
• Coach and support other Product team members to help them both deliver on objectives and grow as individuals and team members.
