About the Role: As a
Technical Lead (Manager), you’ll be responsible for designing and building backend services, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring best practices in software product engineering. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions that power the veterinary industry.
We expect these Technical Leads to be the cream of the crop engineers, able to let their technical brilliance shine and making decisions while supporting the mentoring and coaching of engineering talent. Skills & Experience: - Expertise in Golang and TypeScript (or Java, with equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in architectures at scale.
- Strong background in cloud-native engineering and DevOps best practices.
- Ability to mentor engineers and drive technical excellence.
- Experience in high-scale software environments.
- Strong problem-solving and systems design skills.
