Customer-Focused QA Engineer to join their product and data team. You’ll sit at the intersection of testing and support, writing test cases, running regressions, squashing bugs, and directly helping customers resolve issues from the front lines. You’ll be part of a tight knit product pod, helping push quality across AI and data pipelines, web interfaces, and client delivery. There's plenty of opportunity to drive initiatives, shape tooling, and evolve how the company manages software quality.

About the Role: - You’ll drive manual and automated QA efforts across a data-driven web app.
- Support customers with empathy and technical insight.
- Create and run tests across web, APIs, and pipelines.
- Triage production issues and help fix them fast.
- Help shape QA culture, tooling, and process.
Skills & Experience: - 3+ years QA/test experience (manual & automation)
- Selenium, Playwright, or similar automation tools
- Basic scripting (Python/SQL) and bug tracking (Jira/Freshdesk)
- SaaS or B2B product background
- Strong communicator with empathy for users
- Customer-facing support or success experience
- Familiar with Agile and CI/CD pipelines
