About the Role Guide and mentor a talented web team while owning architecture and day to day delivery across customer facing sites and services. Lead feature development, elevate reliability, performance and security, and act as the technical point of contact across the business.
Skills & Experience - Strong PHP, HTML5, JavaScript and TypeScript
- Proficient with a modern front end framework (Vue, React or Angular)
- REST API design and integration
- SQL schema design and optimisation
- Git and CI/CD, ideally GitHub Actions
- Mentoring, clear communication and cross team collaboration
- Bonus experience: security (OWASP), automated testing, IaC (AWS CDK), microservices or serverless, monitoring and logging, containers, analytics, payments
