About the Role
As SVP of Technology, you will lead the global engineering and platform function across multiple SaaS products. Reporting into the CEO, you’ll set the long-term technology vision, partner closely with Product, and operate as a key member of the executive leadership team, balancing innovation, scale, and commercial outcomes.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles within SaaS environments
• Proven experience leading large, distributed engineering teams
• Strong background in SaaS architecture, cloud platforms, and DevOps
• Experience modernising platforms and managing technical debt
• Commercial acumen with ownership of budgets and cost management
• Strong executive-level stakeholder and cross-functional leadership
• Track record of building inclusive, high-performance engineering cultures
