About the Role
As VP Sales / Sales Director, you will design, implement, and lead a disciplined enterprise sales function operating in long-cycle, high-value deal environments. This role is about building repeatable process, strong commercial governance, and predictable outcomes rather than personal quota delivery.
You will work across global markets, engage with senior buying groups, and develop partner-led go-to-market models to support scale and market access. International travel is a core part of the role as sales momentum builds.

Skills & Experience
  • Senior sales leadership experience in enterprise or complex B2B environments
  • Proven success navigating long-term, multi-year sales cycles
  • Strong financial discipline across pricing, forecasting, and revenue planning
  • Experience building and leading sales teams, cadence, and operating structure
  • Exposure to partner-led or ecosystem-based go-to-market strategies
