About the Role This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development. You’ll lead a small team of engineers while actively contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of core platform applications.
You will oversee the full software development lifecycle, guide architecture decisions, and ensure high engineering standards across backend services, APIs, and web applications. The position works closely with product managers, architects, and engineers to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
Skills & Experience - 6+ years developing applications using C#, .NET Framework and .NET Core
- Strong backend development experience with ASP.NET, APIs, and SQL Server
- Experience leading or mentoring developers within engineering teams
- Solid frontend knowledge using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices
- Experience working with cloud environments (Azure, AWS or similar)
- Strong experience with testing frameworks and software quality practices
