About the Role:
Reporting to the CIO, the General Manager - Digital Engineering will lead multiple engineering teams responsible for building and operating core digital platforms.

You will define engineering strategy, drive modern architecture, and ensure secure, scalable systems across mobile, web, and backend services.

This role combines strategic leadership with strong technical oversight and organisational impact.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in software engineering with leadership of large engineering teams
• Strong experience with modern frameworks (e.g. React, Next.js, Flutter)
• Cloud platform expertise (AWS, GCP) and distributed systems
• Experience building scalable APIs, integrations, and platform architectures
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automation
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and secure architecture
• Proven ability to lead engineering strategy and technical roadmaps
