About the Role

A key focus will be identifying where AI and automation can enhance both the product and development workflows.

Skills & Experience

• Experience leading engineering teams in a SaaS or product company
• Strong background in modern software architecture and cloud platforms
• Proven experience scaling commercial software products
• Understanding of AI and automation in software products or engineering workflows
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on technical levels
