About the Role:
This role focuses on building robust data pipelines and supporting the transition of ML models into production. You’ll work closely with data scientists and engineers to develop scalable, reusable data assets while improving platform performance and automation. It’s a hands-on engineering role with the opportunity to grow into MLOps over time.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience building data pipelines (beyond simple migration work)
• Experience with Databricks or similar platforms (e.g. Snowflake)
• Knowledge of cloud-native data architectures and lakehouse concepts
• Exposure to CI/CD, orchestration, and automated testing
• Experience supporting or productionising ML workflows (nice to have)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Curiosity and desire to continuously improve systems and processes
