10+ years in B2B or enterprise marketing
Proven success in Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Experience supporting long, complex sales cycles
Strong leadership and team-building capability
Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders
Experience working with senior decision-makers
Data-driven mindset with commercial awareness
