About the Role:
This is not a traditional Principal Engineer position. You will lead from the front—embedding AI-native development practices, architecting systems for agent-based workflows, and driving delivery within a product squad. You’ll shape how modern engineering teams operate while influencing company-wide technical strategy.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience building and shipping production-grade software
• Strong architectural and systems design expertise
• Experience with multiple languages (e.g. PHP, Ruby, C#) and modern JS frameworks
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and AWS/cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor) in production
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, testing, and DevOps practices
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical delivery
