About the Role
This Senior Backend Engineer role focuses on building robust, secure, and scalable systems from concept to deployment. You’ll work across APIs, integrations, and cloud-based infrastructure while contributing to engineering excellence. The role also includes mentoring others and driving best practices across projects.

Skills & Experience

• Strong backend engineering experience (Python preferred)
• Experience building APIs, integrations, and scalable systems
• Exposure to AI tools / AI-assisted development workflows
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of system design, security, and performance
• Background working in a digital or tech agency environment
• Strong communication and mentoring capabilities
