About the Role: This is a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead role focused on driving inbound pipeline and scaling acquisition. You’ll own the full funnel, from awareness to conversion, using data-led experimentation. Working closely with founders, sales, and product, you’ll execute and optimise high-impact growth initiatives across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. It’s a role for someone commercially minded who can move quickly and deliver measurable results.
Skills & Experience: - Experience in growth, digital marketing, or SaaS marketing roles
- Proven success in lead generation and funnel optimisation
- Hands-on experience with paid media, SEO, and analytics tools
- Strong data analysis skills with a test-and-learn mindset
- Experience with marketing automation and CMS platforms
- Ability to run multi-channel growth experiments with measurable impact
- Strong collaboration skills across sales, product, and external partners
