Skills & Experience

• Proven track record of owning outcomes in complex environments
• Strong commercial judgment and strategic thinking
• Experience operating at senior/executive level
• Ability to lead ambiguous, unstructured initiatives
• Fluency in AI tools as a core productivity driver
• Cross-functional expertise (product, commercial, operations)
• Experience in aviation, govtech, or emergency services (or strong willingness to learn)
