About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join a specialist AI-focused product engineering team pioneering next-generation AI capabilities. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll lead a cross-functional team while remaining hands-on in architecture, development, and technical delivery. The role is approximately 50% leadership and 50% coding, with a strong focus on mentoring, delivery planning, stakeholder communication, and building scalable AI-powered solutions.

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years’ experience with Microsoft technologies including C# .NET and Azure
• Strong experience designing and building scalable REST APIs and cloud-based systems
• Previous experience leading engineering teams in Agile environments
• Ability to mentor diverse technical teams and manage competing priorities
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Exposure to AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, Semantic Kernel, or Azure AI services highly regarded
• Experience balancing technical leadership, people leadership, and delivery outcomes
