About the Role As the Customer Success Manager for APAC, you will manage a large portfolio of customers across Australia, New Zealand and the wider region. You'll lead onboarding, drive adoption, build strategic customer relationships and identify opportunities to expand account value. Working closely with a global Customer Success team, you'll become a trusted advisor helping customers achieve measurable business outcomes.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Customer Onboarding within a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to drive customer adoption, retention and account growth
- Experience managing customer onboarding and implementation projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior decision-makers
- Ability to learn and support complex software products
- Strong commercial acumen with experience identifying upsell opportunities
- Experience within consulting, professional services or project-based organisations highly regarded
