About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Engineering Practice Lead to oversee the delivery of AI-native automation solutions across the business. You will lead a team of automation specialists, establish engineering standards, manage delivery pipelines and work closely with stakeholders to identify, prioritise and implement automation opportunities.
Skills & Experience - 5+ years’ software development experience with automation technologies
- Experience with AI, LLMs, RAG and agent-based platforms
- Strong knowledge of UiPath, Power Automate and Power Platform
- Experience designing integrations across enterprise systems
- Understanding of ALM, source control and secrets management
- Leadership or mentoring experience within technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management and solution assessment skills
