About the Role

Skills & Experience

• Proven success leading high-performing engineering teams within complex digital environments
• Strong technical leadership with experience designing scalable cloud-native platforms
• Experience balancing startup execution speed with enterprise governance and complexity
• Deep understanding of modern software engineering, architecture, cloud platforms, and AI-enabled development practices
• Commercial acumen with the ability to align technology investment to business outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management skills across executive leadership, boards, vendors, and business units
• Background within consumer technology, media, marketplaces, entertainment, creator economy, or related sectors highly regarded
