About the Role Reporting into a senior business leader, this hands-on role will take ownership of the organisation's internal IT ecosystem. You'll design, implement and manage Microsoft-based infrastructure, identity and access management, endpoint management, and business productivity platforms while driving automation, AI adoption and operational excellence across the company.
Skills & Experience - 8+ years' experience in a Systems Engineer or similar senior IT role
- Strong expertise across Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint and Teams
- Proven experience with endpoint lifecycle management and MDM solutions
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles
- Experience with PowerShell, automation and AI-enabled productivity tools
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MD-102, MS-102 or similar)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
