About the Role This is a rare opportunity to lead a major business and technology transformation from procurement through to implementation and adoption. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with senior leaders, you will provide strategic leadership across programme delivery, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, business change and IT operations.
Success in this role will come from your ability to connect people, processes and technology while bringing teams on the transformation journey.
Skills & Experience - Proven experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programmes
- Experience overseeing enterprise software selection, procurement and implementation
- Strong leadership capability across technology, project and business teams
- Ability to operate effectively with executives, boards and governance groups
- Experience managing third-party vendors and complex stakeholder environments
- Strong understanding of change management and organisational adoption
- Experience within government, public sector, health, regulatory or similarly complex environments is highly regarded
