About the Role As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you’ll take ownership of products and features from specification through to deployment and ongoing optimisation. Working closely with the founding engineer, you’ll help build intelligent agent workflows, shape technical direction, and develop reliable systems that combine AI capabilities with robust software engineering.
Skills & Experience - Proven experience delivering full-stack applications end-to-end
- Strong software engineering and architectural judgement
- Hands-on experience deploying LLM-powered products in production
- Ability to balance AI solutions with deterministic, testable code
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
