About the Role As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers across hardware and software by phone, email, and live chat. You'll troubleshoot tracking devices working in demanding field environments, manage RMAs and warranties, and keep sales moving through invoicing, purchase orders, inventory, and dispatch. Over time, you'll own the knowledge base rebuild and help shape the company's AI-assisted triage tooling. It's a broad role for someone who thrives on variety and problem-solving.
Skills & Experience - 3+ years in technical support, customer operations, or a similar client-facing technical role
- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience (the systematic process matters more than the specific device)
- Clear, confident phone manner; calm supporting customers in time-pressured, high-stakes situations
- Strong technical aptitude and a track record of picking up new systems fast
- Comfortable juggling multiple functions at once support, admin, and logistics
- HubSpot or similar CRM/helpdesk experience (nice to have)
- Interest in aviation, avionics, or tracking tech, or an IT/engineering qualification (nice to have)
