About the Role
As Principal Software Engineer, you’ll be the most senior technical leader in the engineering team, setting the bar for architecture, engineering practices, and technical excellence. Working closely with the CTO and executive leadership, you’ll help shape technical direction, guide key architectural decisions, support cross-functional teams, and ensure scalable, secure, and efficient systems are built for global scale. This is a strategic, hands-on role that blends long-term technical vision with day-to-day engineering, offering the opportunity to influence both the platform and the future direction of the engineering team as the business continues to grow.

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years’ experience designing and delivering complex software solutions.
• Strong technical background with C#, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (e.g. React).
• Experience architecting SaaS platforms at scale, with deep cloud infrastructure knowledge.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience within high-performing teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions across engineering and product.
• Experience leading technical direction across the full software development lifecycle.
• Passion for innovation and applying emerging technologies, including AI.
