About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to build product capability from the ground up. You’ll own the end-to-end customer experience, using customer insights, analytics and experimentation to drive meaningful improvements across the platform. Working closely with engineering, design, marketing and senior stakeholders, you’ll prioritise the roadmap, champion customer outcomes and establish collaborative product practices across the business.
The role is Auckland-based with 2-3 days per week in the office to support strong stakeholder relationships.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager in a digital product environment
• Strong experience owning customer journeys and product roadmaps
• Proven success using analytics, experimentation and A/B testing to improve products
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfortable partnering closely with engineering and product design teams
• Strong understanding of product analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude or Mixpanel
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile businesses or digital marketplaces preferred
