About the Role
As Tech Lead, you’ll be the senior technical voice within a product squad, owning technical architecture and helping shape the technical roadmap while remaining hands-on with development. You’ll guide system design, reliability, security and technical decision-making, while mentoring engineers and partnering closely with Product, Design and Engineering leadership.
You’ll also engage with customers and stakeholders to understand real-world problems, translate them into technical solutions and help ensure the team is building the right things in the right way.

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years designing, building and supporting large-scale systems
• Strong C# .NET Framework/.NET Core and REST API expertise
• Solid Azure PaaS and Azure Web App experience
• GitHub, CI/CD and modern engineering workflow experience
• Practical experience building AI/LLM-powered products, ideally across areas such as RAG, evaluations or agentic systems, with exposure to Microsoft/Azure AI tooling such as Semantic Kernel, Azure Content Understanding or MS Agent Framework a bonus
• Experience integrating and deploying AI models or services into production cloud environments
• Strong architecture and Agile delivery experience
• Comfortable engaging with customers and non-technical stakeholders, translating problems into clear technical solutions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor and influence other engineers
