Our client is a rapidly growing company who are looking for an Engineering Manager to join their team. You’ll lead a distributed engineering team, oversee core systems and infrastructure, set technical standards and partner with Project Managers on delivery.
Skills & Experience - Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead or senior hands-on engineering leader
- Proven experience in Python, PostgreSQL, Linux, and Vue.js.
- Solid PostgreSQL, Linux and Docker expertise
- Strong architecture, infrastructure and systems administration experience
- Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, pragmatic environment with significant ownership
- You're an excellent communicator, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
