Our client is a high-growth, New Zealand-founded technology company with operations across NZ, Australia, the UK and the US. With strong foundations already in place, the business is entering its next phase of international growth.
This is a rare opportunity for an up-and-coming commercial lawyer to take ownership of legal matters across five global entities. Working closely with the CFO, CEO and executive team, you’ll handle commercial contracting, compliance, risk and governance while coordinating high-quality external counsel when specialist expertise is required.
It’s a hands-on, highly commercial role. You’ll take matters most of the way yourself, use technology and AI to work efficiently, and bring in external counsel at the right time.
