About the Role Sitting at the intersection of data, analytics and customer delivery, you’ll own custom reporting for customers. Using Metabase and SQL, you’ll build dashboards, uncover the business questions behind reporting requests, and manage engagements from discovery and scoping through to delivery.
Skills & Experience - 4+ years’ hands-on experience with relational databases and writing SQL independently
- 2+ years delivering directly to external customers, ideally in consulting or professional services
- Experience with Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar BI tools
- Strong customer discovery and requirements gathering skills
- Ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical audiences
- Excellent attention to data quality, accuracy and permissions
- Professional services sector experience is advantageous
