About the Role You'll build new React features, evolve a shared design system and modernise existing applications. Working across product, design and engineering, you'll have genuine ownership of your work and the opportunity to influence how things are built. AI is already part of everyday development, and you'll help push what's possible.
Skills & Experience - 3+ years' front-end development experience
- Strong React, TypeScript, modern CSS and HTML
- Some exposure to ASP.NET / C# would be advantageous
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Automated testing and accessibility knowledge
- Hands-on use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot. Just as importantly you'll know when not to use an agent
- A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and delivers quality
- Curious, adaptable and collaborative, with an appetite for learning
- B2B, SaaS or scale-up experience would be beneficial
