Sam started his recruitment career in London before moving to NZ, and has spent 8 years placing tech talent - everything from early-career engineers to CTOs. He likes being properly involved with clients, not just sending CVs through, but talking with them about what they actually need and why.Outside the office, Sam's usually up before everyone else - either on the bike or out for a sunrise run along the waterfront. He's done mutiple Ironmans and marathons over the years, and reckons showing up and doing the work applies just as much to training as it does to recruiting.
