Starting his career in 2016, he has been in IT in one form or another, first in digital marketing before moving into IT administration and finally finding his fit in recruitment.

In his last job, he was working for a London-based start-up ITARMI, launching their app to assist with various recruitment needs.

‍

Tom studied IT at university and is deeply passionate about the industry. It comes as no surprise that his wheelhouse is in the engineering space. Front end, back end, full stack, you name it, he is probably talking with awesome candidates in this space at any given time.

Tom is focused on building long term relationships with candidates, understanding their aspirations and keeping them in the loop if that “perfect role” comes up that might help them realise their goals.

‍

If you are in the Auckland office and you hear some hipster music wafting through the space, you can bet that Tom has probably commandeered the Sonos and is sharing his finely curated music tastes with us all.

Outside of work you’ll find him strumming away on his guitar, dragging his friends to gigs or cooking up a storm in his kitchen.
