About the Role:
As the Acceleration Team Lead, you’ll combine senior-level technical expertise with a knack for leadership (70% hands-on, 30% leadership). You’ll oversee a team of 3, focusing on:

• Developing and maintaining a high-level automated testing suite.
• Enhancing custom environments and demo infrastructure.
• Performance testing and improving developer tools.
  Your goal? Help the team and the broader engineering organization “go fast and go safe.”

Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with automation, developer tools, and testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Go, React, or similar preferred).
• Solid knowledge of infrastructure technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Bonus: Expertise in performance testing at scale or AI tooling.
• A passion for optimizing workflows and eliminating inefficiencies for developers.
