Skills & Experience:

• Experience leading and scaling engineering teams in SaaS or cloud-based environments.
• Ability to balance technical leadership and strategic decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and scalable platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, engaging both technical teams and C-suite executives.
• Experience working in dual time zones (NZ & U.S.) and comfortable with regular travel.
• Proven ability to drive engineering excellence, best practices, and delivery efficiency.
• Background in startup environments or fast-scaling teams is a plus.
