As one of the first dedicated Product Managers in the business, you’ll have the opportunity to influence core product direction, shape execution frameworks, and work on meaningful initiatives that directly impact real-world infrastructure projects. You’ll operate alongside a senior R&D team with deep domain and technical expertise, in an environment optimised for autonomy, ownership, and speed.
About the Role You’ll be charged with driving the delivery of high-impact product initiatives that increase the platform’s value across construction capture, monitoring, and operational workflows. Working closely with design and engineering, you’ll lead the charge from discovery to delivery, breaking down complex problems, prioritising ruthlessly, and ensuring tangible outcomes. This role is geared toward a strong executor who’s confident taking high-level direction and converting it into customer value.
While strategic thinking is welcomed, this position is execution-heavy and best suited to someone who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. You’ll play a foundational role in establishing product management practices and will help shape how product is built as the team grows.
Key Responsibilities - Drive initiatives aligned to the company’s product goals.
- Own product execution from problem definition to release.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver user-focused solutions.
- Operate in a high-autonomy, low-process team with minimal hand-holding.
- Communicate product decisions clearly and with confidence.
- Work primarily onsite (3 days/week) with some flexibility and WFH support.
Skills & Experience Must Haves: - Strong product delivery and execution skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and design
- High initiative and comfort working independently
- Curious, user-focused mindset with strong analytical thinking
- Comfort in unstructured, low-process environments
- Excellent communication and ownership of outcomes
Nice to Haves: - Exposure to construction, hardware-integrated, or B2B SaaS products
- Experience with visual/data-driven tools
- Familiarity with complex domains or operational workflows
