About the Role:

As the Digital Performance Manager, you’ll take charge of the technical and commercial performance of Retail digital platforms. From system resilience to cost optimisation, you’ll ensure the digital backbone of their energy services delivers value reliably. This is a hands-on, leadership role within a newly formed team that’s critical to long-term digital success.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in digital performance or platform operations
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen (TCO, CTS, budgeting)
• Expertise in incident response, business continuity, and resilience
• Deep knowledge of privacy, security, and audit standards
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder skills
• Ability to lead in both strategic and hands-on capacities
• Passion for team culture, standards development, and continuous improvement
