Our Tech Stack We use ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS for the frontend, .NET for APIs, SQL Server for our databases, and Azure for cloud infrastructure.

We’re still actively shaping our architecture, so you’ll play a key role in technical decision-making as we scale. If you enjoy building clean, scalable solutions from the ground up - and influencing long-term direction - you'll thrive here.

What You’ll Work On

• Build intuitive, performant web front ends for our clients and partners - including standalone applications, platform dashboards, and third-party integrations
• Design and implement robust, secure APIs and supporting documentation for internal and external devs
• Shape our data architecture: databases, warehouses, and analytics pipelines to power live reporting and insights
• Develop cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code principles (on Azure)
• Establish DevOps practices - CI/CD, automated testing, and secure deployment workflows
• Help build out internal tooling and performance reporting capabilities to support a growing customer base

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional application development experience across relevant technologies
• Someone who writes high-quality, maintainable code and takes pride in craftsmanship
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote team
• Curiosity, humility, and a willingness to ask questions and learn
• Proven ability to own features end-to-end - from spec to ship
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and excited to help build something from the ground up
