• Has scaled a SaaS business (ideally past $30M ARR), and knows what levers to pull
• Gets product and engineering — you can lead teams who build, ship, and iterate
• Knows how to build high-performing marketing and GTM engines
• Understands the power of AI and how to embed it across sales, support, and dev
• Is a team builder, sharp strategist, and straight shooter
• Isn’t afraid to make the hard calls, align strong personalities, and deliver big results
