About the Role:
As the first Data Specialist you’ll own data end-to-end, building pipelines, models, and dashboards that power product, commercial, and leadership decisions. You'll also play a key role in shaping future AI and ML initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Excellent SQL and experience with large datasets.
• Proven ability to build pipelines (ideally using AWS Glue, Athena, S3)
• Confident in creating dashboards (ideally in AWS QuickSight)
• Able to gather requirements and translate into data products.
• Great communicator, comfortable with ambiguity and shaping strategy.
• Bonus: GenAI/ML exposure or team-building experience.
