About the Role This is a senior individual contributor role owning end-to-end product design. You’ll lead UX and UI across key product areas, partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers, and help shape design standards and practices across the business.
Skills & Experience - 8+ years’ experience in Product Design (UX/UI)
- Strong user-centred design and research capability
- High-fidelity UI design expertise (Figma or equivalent)
- Experience designing AI-enabled products or features
- Proven collaboration in agile, cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant solutions
- Experience with design systems and best-practice frameworks
