About the Role This is an operational leadership role responsible for the day-to-day management of Cyber Security and IT Operations.
You’ll lead team coordination, enforce operational discipline, and strengthen governance while the Head of Cybersecurity & IT Operations focuses on AI enablement and strategic direction.
Your mission: mature DevOps into a clearly defined DevSecOps capability without disrupting the company’s strong, collaborative culture.
Skills & Experience - 7+ years in Cyber Security or IT Operations with team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and security governance frameworks
- Experience with AWS cloud environments and embedded security controls
- Ownership of Microsoft security tooling (Defender, Purview)
- Background in incident, vulnerability, and change management
- Experience responding to customer security audits & questionnaires
- Calm, accountable leadership style with strong stakeholder communication skills
