The opportunity
  
This role is about owning the talent lifecycle end-to-end. It’s about becoming exceptional at sourcing, qualifying, advising, influencing and placing top-tier talent. It’s about mastering your craft.
  
You’ll work closely with our clients, but your edge will be your ability to identify and engage great people. You’ll understand what makes candidates move. You’ll think beyond job boards.

What you’ll be doing
  • Managing full recruitment processes from briefing through to placement
  • Deep talent mapping and proactive sourcing across multiple channels
  • Building meaningful candidate relationships, not just pipelines
  • Advising clients on market trends, salary positioning and hiring strategy
  • Delivering a seamless experience for both clients and candidates
  • Using our ATS and tools intelligently to stay organised and efficient
What we’re looking for
  • Proven recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally 2+ years
  • Strong sourcing capability, you’re not reliant on one platform
  • High standards and genuine pride in performance
  • Commercial mindset and hunger to grow
  • Curiosity, resilience and a team-first attitude
  • Experience with SaaS or tech environments is advantageous

37.5 hours per week, flexible within core hours. Competitive commission structure. Immediate start available.
