About the Role:

As the Network Operations Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team responsible for the performance, safety, and expansion of a critical EV infrastructure network. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee all aspects of operations, from managing maintenance and repairs to fostering key industry partnerships and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Accountabilities:

• Health & Safety Leadership: Implement strategies aligned with the company’s Health and Safety Management System.
• Network Operations & Performance: Drive optimal uptime, streamline operational processes, and deliver excellent user experiences.
• Hardware Management: Recommend components for installations and ensure compliance with local and national standards.
• Team Leadership: Motivate, delegate, and develop a high-performing team of technical professionals and contractors.
• Strategic Input: Contribute to the development and execution of the network operations strategy.
• Supplier and Industry Relations: Build strong partnerships, negotiate service level agreements, and monitor contractor performance.

  
Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in network operations and infrastructure management, preferably in energy or related industries.
• Expertise in health and safety systems and operational compliance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, EV charging technology, and maintenance practices.
• Demonstrated success leading technical teams and managing contractors.
• Exceptional organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to implement practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Committed to ongoing learning and staying updated on industry trends.
