About the Role:

As a Business Analyst, you'll bridge business needs with technical solutions by gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing data-driven insights, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in enhancing customer experiences, optimising processes, and ensuring solutions align with strategic goals.

Responsibilities Include:

• Engaging with stakeholders to identify needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Creating clear documentation (user stories, process flows, functional specifications).
• Analysing data to uncover trends and validate business decisions.
• Translating requirements into actionable specifications for technical teams.
• Facilitating workshops, collaborating with vendors, and managing process improvements.
• Supporting development, testing, and user acceptance to ensure solution quality.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in business analysis, preferably in software development or IT.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and Power BI.
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset and problem-solving expertise.
