About the Role As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for optimizing and supporting the ServiceNow platform. Skills & Experience Required: - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with successful implementations
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations (RESTful/SOAP)
- Expertise in ITIL processes and their integration with ServiceNow
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist) are a plus
- Cross-module exposure (e.g., ITSM, CSM, FSM) is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
