About the Role: As Principal Software Engineer, you'll be the most senior technical leader in the team - setting the bar for architecture, engineering practices, and technical excellence. You’ll work closely with executive leadership to guide decision-making, support cross-functional teams, and ensure scalable, secure, and efficient systems are built for global scale. This is a strategic and hands-on role that blends long-term vision with day-to-day delivery.

Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years’ experience designing and delivering complex software solutions
• Strong technical background with C#, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React)
• Experience architecting SaaS platforms at scale, with deep cloud infrastructure knowledge
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience within high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence
• Experience working in Agile environments and delivering across full SDLC
• Passion for innovation and applying emerging technologies (including AI)
