We’re working with a venture-backed technology company that’s reached an exciting stage: with strong product-market fit, growing enterprise customers, and real momentum behind them.
They’re now looking for a COO to help scale what’s already working. This role is about building the operating rhythm of the business as it grows: bringing clarity across execution, commercial performance, planning, and cross-functional alignment. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team, helping turn ambitious growth goals into consistent delivery. It’s a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building the foundations that allow a company to move faster, not slower.
What you’ll be responsible for
Driving company-wide execution against growth and revenue goals
Strengthening forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting
Leading planning cycles and translating strategy into clear priorities
Aligning product, engineering, and commercial teams around shared outcomes
Building accountability and operational structure without unnecessary process
Supporting leadership growth as the organisation scales
Acting as a trusted partner to the CEO in day-to-day decision making
What we're looking for
Senior operational leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise tech
Strong commercial judgement and financial confidence
Experience scaling teams, processes, and execution rhythms
A practical, outcome-driven leadership style
